Bananas are one of the most popular fruits worldwide. They taste good, and people can buy it anywhere. Besides its convenient, they also contain essential nutrients which help to improve overall health in human being.

One banana provides around 320-400mg of potassium which is almost 10% of the potassium a person normal needs for a day. Potassium helps the body stay a healthy heart and healthy blood pressure, so the intake of a banana will provide great effects for normal people. Also, It is commonly known that high blood pressure occurs in people who like to eat foods that contain a high salt level. Bananas contain low sodium content which helps to control high blood pressure.
Bananas are one of the best fruit sources of vitamin B6
A medium-sized banana contains a quarter of your daily vitamin B6 needs. Vitamin B6 provides a lot of help for your body: produce red blood cells, metabolize carbs and fats and then turning them into energy, metabolize amino acids, remove unwanted chemicals from your liver and kidneys, and maintain a healthy nervous system.

Also, banana contains starch that does not digest in the small intestine and passes into the large intestine. So, the banana manages your weight better as they provide fullness.

Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose, and glucose which giving you energy. Also, bananas are great for athletes as a midday snack before and after sports.
How many bananas should you eat?
In theory, you could eat as many bananas as you want, because there is no specific number of bananas that makes you good or bad. It depends on your unique calorie and nutrients needs. However, if you eat too much which over-consuming calories which displacing other foods and nutrients that your body needs, it will harm your health.
So, one to two bananas daily would likely be considered a moderate intake for most healthy people.
