For sure the one supplement that has truly worked! It has helped me so much in my weight loss journey and have tried a couple of experiments with it. I am usually skeptical of any dietary supplement. I generally think that supplements do not meet their requirements. I was really surprised by this. I usually criticize exogenous ketones. I'm the guy say "your body is supposed to MAKE them!" The product is amazing. I usually snack all day on keto sweets and I have not felt urges to snack since using this.

I started losing weight so fast because ! In just two weeks of taking them, I have already lost 3 pounds and for someone who never got satisfied with other supplements I tried, that is crazy! Great BHB salts. I take mine in the morning while Im fasting still and before I workout for an extra boost and to help with hydration. Make sure you drink plenty of water when taking them or you can sometimes get a tiny after taste 20-30 mins later. This has happened with all my bhb salts and this is my own fault. These are a great price and I highly recommend them. 3 years on keto and I really like these and plan to continue using them.

I find that it helps me focus and stay focused especially on mundane tasks, I find the pills help me to be less distracted on the task at hand which results in the task being completed faster. I like these pills better than the first keto pills I ever tried I've been keto since December 2019. I track my ketones by urine stick, I had a few cheat days before I started to get back in it and start these pills day 2 I started seeing ketones, these also have apple cider vinegar which it AWESOME y'all have no idea how much I hate taking my apple cider vinegar pills so I love that this is in it.I did feel more energy and was hungry less often.
